Ernie Els was just recognized for playing in his 100th Major at the PGA Championship, but long after his playing days are over, “The Big Easy” will be remembered more for his philanthropic efforts than his considerable golfing skills. Along with his wife, Leizel, Ernie began the Els Foundation to provide funding and promote awareness for Autism research, as well as, advanced teaching methods for Autistic children.

The Els Center for Autism in Florida is a state-of-the-art facility for helping autistic children.
