On June 14th the University of Toledo announced that Jenny Coluccio would become the new Women’s Golf Team Head Coach. Coluccio comes to the Rockets from the University of Illinois, where she served as an ASSISTANT FOR ÚVE YEARS In February, the previousWomen’s Head Golf Coach, Nicole Holl- ingsworth resigned her post and an interim coach was named. Last year the Illini women had four golfers earn All-Big Ten honors and set 13 school records. Illinois tied for second place at the Big Ten Championships, its best showing since 1976, and set a team scoring average for the third year in a row. /RIGINALLY FROM 3PRINGÚELD Missouri, Coluccio earned her bachelor’s degree from Drury University and a masters’ degree in educational administration from Dakota Wesleyan in 2010. University of Toledo Names New Women’s Golf Coach The Women’s Ohio State Golf Association will hold the 95th Women’s Ohio Amateur, as well as, the Women’s Mid-Amateur at Moundbuilders Golf Club July 23-26. Moundbuilders golf course was designed around the famous Prehistoric Native American Earthworks that come into play on eleven of the 18 holes. It is a challenging Par 71 with bent grass fairways and greens. Moundbuilders was designed by Thomas Bendelow and is rated one of the top private courses in Central Ohio.
