In his ninth season at Dayton, Head Coach Gip Hoagland, recruits athletes, who succeed on the course, in the classroom, as well as, in the community. Last season, UD won the Northern Kentucky Collegiate Classic and the Atlantic 10 Match Play. Additionally, the Flyers picked up one SECOND PLACE AND TWO THIRD PLACE ÚNISHES AMONG THEIR EIGHT TOP ÚVE PLACEMENTS The Flyers have already competed in the Atlantic 10MatchPlay inWeston, Florida and theWexford Plantation Intercollegiate at Hilton Head. University of Dayton Women The UD Women’s Golf team competes in the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). HeadCoach Sally Kosters is in her 12th season at the helm of the Dayton women’s golf team. She stresses academics and the Lady Flyers posted a 3.505 team grade point average this past spring. UD is a young team, with two seniors, one junior, four sophomores, and four freshmen on the roster. They have a very busy schedule this spring competing in six events before the MAAC Championship at Disney’s Magnolia Course in Orlando at the end of April.
