The Worldwide Women’s Team event was held at Alliance Country Club in early June. NOGA/ TDGA to Celebrate Centennial Both the Northern Ohio Golf Association (NOGA) and the Toledo District Golf Association will celebrate the 100-year anniversary throughout 2021, culminating in a celebration later this summer at the Inverness Club on September 24th. During this special evening at Inverness, the TDGA will recognize Marianne Reece’s 37 years of dedication to theTDGA; she will be inducted into the their Hall of Fame. Members and friends are invited to attend. Marianne began her tenure with the TDGA in 1984, serving two separate terms as Executive Director from 1987 to 2006 and 2017 to 2020. Today, in addition to her role as Director of Course Rating & Rules for the Toledo District of the Northern Ohio Golf Association, Marianne is a certified Rules of Golf expert, who enjoys serving as a rules official for local, regional and national tournaments.
