Tiger Woods to Hold National Putting Championship at PopStroke From Len Ziehm Tiger Woods opened his first PopStroke location in Fort Myers, added the second in Port St. Lucie, plus two more in Orlando and Sarasota. Woods also announced a National Putting Championship that will award $100,000 to the championship team and $25,000 to the individual winner. The 72-hole finals are scheduled for October 26-28 in Sarasota, Florida and are open to both amateurs and professionals. PopStroke is an elaborate putting course much more resembling a real golf course than the normal putt-putt. Contestants pay $10 per round and can play as many times as they wish to post a qualifying score for the national tournament.
