Katie Hallinan defeated 2020 Women’s Ohio Amateur Champions Kristin Jamieson one up to advance to the final match. In the other semi-final Ali Green defeated Jenn David 3-2.
Hallinan pushed Green to the very end, but Green survived with a one up win.
Green played collegiately at Ashland and is the Head Coach for Lakota East High School Girls Golf Team. Last year she became the first female to compete in Cincinnati’s Tony Blom Metropolitan Amateur Championship and took the defending champion to the 18th hole before being beaten.
