DDWGA Collegiate Scholarship Application

Since 1996, the Dayton District Women’s Golf Association (DDWGA) has provided grants to deserving females connected to the game of golf in the Greater Dayton Area for use in advancing their academic career. The deadline for scholarship applications is January 31.

Scholarships will be awarded on a regular basis and are based on availability of scholarship funds in addition to each applicant’s qualifications. The DDWGA does not guarantee any candidate receipt of any form of scholarship assistance.

Scholarships are awarded by a scholarship committee.

The DDWGA does not discriminate because of race, religion, color, national origin, or disability.

Scholarships awarded to residents of the Dayton District Women’s Association Territory.

Candidates are selected based on their academic record, personal character, participation in golf events and extracurricular activities.

Grant amounts are traditionally in the $500 to $2000 range. Chosen Candidates will be notified by April 15th and their award will be presented at the dinner following the first DDWGA golf event in May.
