Jordan Johnson and his father Jeff are both PGA Professionals that enjoy traveling around the world to film interesting golf courses and unique golf challenges. Their videos are very entertaining, plus they allow viewers to get a closer look at exciting destinations. Their videos can be found on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@Golf_With_Dad.

The father/son duo recently visited Gulf Shores, Alabama and accepted the challenge of competing against two of Kiva Dunes’ PGA Professionals in a winner-take-all two-man scramble.

The match is pure drama from start to finish! The Kiva Dunes pros were PGA Head Professional David Watson and PGA Assistant Pro Mack Tucker. The showdown delivers big shots, clutch putts, momentum swings, and a wild finish as the Worst Ball Scramble Rule had to be invoked on the 18th hole.

Gulf Shores has become a favorite golf destination for buddies’ trips and girls’ golf getaways. Not only does the area offer great golf, but the beaches are second to none, as well as the excellent dining options and entertainment.

Kiva Dunes originated in the early 1990’s when Jim “Scrappy” Edgemon and his partner Larry Drummond purchased 276 acres on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. They enlisted U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate to design a links-style course, which officially opened in 1995 and quickly earned national acclaim.

Kiva Dunes is the number one rated course in Alabama and not only offers championship-level links-style golf, pristine conditions, and true Southern hospitality, but the beach club and lodging are top shelf.
