Brian Tolnar, the Director of Golf Operations and Recreation at Mill Creek MetroParks in Youngstown, was named the PGA of America’s PGA Public Golf Course Merchandiser of the Year. The award recognizes PGA Professionals who have excelled in business and merchandising in the promotion of golf.
