The team of Dorf/Green/Stafford/Cooperider fired a 16-under-par 55 to win the 2nd Annual NOGA Scramble Championship and Clambake at Chagrin Valley Country Club.
It was also announced the Matthew Duffy, who has served as GHIN and Membership Services Director for NOGA, since 2013, has accepted a position with the USGA.
In the new position, Duffy will become an Assistant Manager for Handicap, as well as, Course Rating Data Analyst for the USGA. This is a newly created position that will help the USGA sift through data on handicapping and course rating, to make handicapping more accurate. He will also be helping with the transition to the World Handicap System, so that other countries are on board with current handicapping and course rating tactics.
